Why Do You Recommend This Plan?

I recommend this plan because I believe it sets a fantastic foundation for future health by helping the body eliminate many toxins that are currently stored in the cells.

By eating this way we allow your body to detoxify somewhat and get rid of some of the excessive toxin that can hinder results and affect long term health.

What Can I Eat?

You should be focusing on consuming foods for these main categories:

Are There Any Side Effects?

When switching to eating this way you may find that you get some dips in energy levels over the first few days as your body adapts to burning fat as a fuel rather than carbohydrate.
